It would be like to be able to have the option to deny an agency or need request with the ability to provide an explanation or request for additional information. Currently, if I deny an agency they would not know the reason why, unless I send them a separate email outside of the system

No one has requested this before, so it's not something we've considered. I appreciate you bringing it up! I will add it to our list of product suggestions and wait to see if others want to chime in on it.
You can edit the "Agency Need Denied" template to include your email address or phone number, which would make it easy for agency managers to reach out to you to learn why the need has been rejected.
