Disclaimer on login page

I don't see a link on the bottom of the login page, only a link to privacy policy. We have our own disclaimer added to the site, but we would prefer a different position of the disclaimer.

Currently, a link to the terms and conditions appears on the bottom of the sign-up page. By signing up for the site, users imply that they agree to the terms and conditions.
For a disclaimer, are you asking for the ability to add your own disclaimer for your site, or are you thinking of more of a generic disclaimer that could appear as a default for all sites? Any additional detail you can give me will be helpful. Thanks!

It would be helpful to add a disclaimer to the bottom of the login page, stretching the full width of the page, so that it's present on the site but not the first thing you see.
