I have several volunteers without email addresses. I would like to be able to record their hours on the back end by individual name so that unique number of volunteers is still represented.

Hi, Bri,

You can record these hours using the anonymous hours feature. These are entered from the agency management area (not the site manager panel), but they are a way to record those hours for volunteers without an email address.
