Check All button for shift needs

Sorry so many questions!

When a volunteer has the option to respond to multiple events under one activity. Is there a chance to already have those selected? I guess it would be easier if they were all selected and then they can unselect if they can attend.

Thanks and let me know,

Hi, Katie!

I just want to clarify:
Are you asking if its possible for the system to default to having all of the boxes checked when a volunteer is responding to a need with shifts?
Unfortunately, this isn't possible right now, but we have had other people asking for a select or unselect all button for shifts. If this is something you'd like to see, I would recommend you post about it in out  Product Suggestion forum. We review requests regularly and the more often a feature is asked for, the more likely it is to make it into a future build.

Please let me know if I misunderstood the question, and if you have any other
 questions of your own!

Thanks Eli!

Yes, for example under our Cooking Matters classes you have to attend all 6 classes. A select all would work. I’ll put a comment in the product suggestions.

Thanks again,

Hey Katie,

Yay! We've actually implemented this idea into our software. Users are now able to respond to multiple shifts at once under a specific need. Thank you for your suggestion and helping us constantly improve our software!
