Hi, Louise,
There is a link on your home page that offers the opportunity to create a program/agency. Anyone can click it to sign up a program. We can disable that link if you'd like. Just let us know if you'd like for us to do that!

How is it that 2 programs/agencies were created by 2 different volunteers from my organization. I can't seem to find out how they would even have access to being able to do that.
I could not delete them, just make them inactive.
