Put simply, it would be useful for a teacher and an agency to have each other's contact info in case they need to communicate.
As an Agency Manager, if a User Responds to one of my Opportunities and indicates that it's part of a User Group, I should be able to see the name and email of the SLM Leader.
Similarly, it's surprising that, even when an opportunity is linked to a user group, the SLM Leader cannot see the contact info for that agency (or it's not easy to find).
People in lead roles should have access to each other's contact info.
