Thank you for reaching out! There is no default waiting time for need approval. I recommend reaching out to your Site Manager to check in on this process. I will reach out via email with your site manager's contact information.
There are two ways to reach out to a site manager through the Connect site. The first is through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Connect homepage. The second way to contact a site manager is to open your agency manager toolbox and look for the Contact Site Manager button on that page.
