It would be really helpful for Philanthropy Managers to see the responses to the custom hours questions prior to approving pending hours.
I'm not sure what good the questions are for otherwise.

I will add this to our internal enhancement board and bring it up in our next enhancement meeting. There are a few things that might make this a little complicated, namely that there can any number of hours questions, so if we were to put them all in the user interface, things may get a little cluttered.
I think that we can better accomplish this with a custom report, and I'd be happy to go into more detail about what that might look like in our ticket.
