Format Numbers with Thousands Separator

Hi John!
I was working on this one with development because it seemed relatively small. I was able to get one change through but they said the rest would have to go through the formal process so I've documented this request for them! The change that now has a comma is in the impact value.

The Volunteer Impact page shows total VOLUNTEER HOURS, IMPACT VALUE, and HOURS BY SKILL. This product suggestion is to format those numbers using a thousands separator. Either use a comma (most common in US), or allow the Site Manager to set the separator to any character in Main Settings. Going one step further, also allow the Site Manager to set the currency symbol.
Use Case: $11,111.11 is easier to read than $11111.11
