Allow Agency Managers to sort needs by expiration date

We currently receive a weekly digest message that includes the information "You have X needs expiring next week. This is a link to the needs page for the agency. On that page, there is no way to determine which are the needs in question. I can see Runs Until dates, but not the final need dates for shifts. Finding this important information requires opening EVERY need page, or having the site manager run a report. We need an option to see / sort by expiration date / final shift.
