Thank you for the suggestion! While I can understand how a phone number template key could be useful, this field isn't always populated by agency managers across platforms (lots of folks prefer email communication) and could be confusing to users if there's no information to pull through. Since the use case is limited for many of our clients, and adding a template key affects all clients, I think this suggestion may have a harder time making it through the enhancement process.
