Instead of bringing you to the Galaxy Digital page on Qualifications need (https://galaxydigital.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000080499-about-the-qualification-needed-button) I think it would be much more helpful if the red qualifications needed button took volunteers to the Qualifications page on their own profile. After they get brought to the Galaxy Digital Page they still need to track down their own qualifications. I've had a lot of volunteers get lost along the way and I've only been live for 2 days.
We reviewed this request, and agree that this makes total sense. We have updated the system so that when a user clicks on the qualification needed button, it takes them to the qualifications area. Please let me know if you have any questions, and have a great weekend!
