We need ALL ResponseList records to be available via the API instead of those that do not have an 'Inactive' status, in order to keep our data up-to-date. When a volunteer signs up for an opportunity, we capture that data via the API; however, when a volunteer resigns from an opportunity, we don't get that data because the record is not included in the API due to being 'Inactive' at that point. This is a PROBLEM! Without this information, we cannot keep our data current!
I'd rather report this as a problem but that's the way your API works.
