Hello, I tried to deactivate my account and got the error message: "Because you are a primary Agency Manager, your account cannot be deactivated until another primary manager has been assigned to agencyName. Contact your admin if you need assistance."
This nonprofit is no longer in existence, so there is no admin. How can I delete my account? Thanks.
This was resolved in a support ticket.
Someone got assigned as a primary manager to an agency. We entered the correct agency manager and made her the primary account manager but cannot delete the other one (the first one).
It is important,because they are both managers of agencies that have similar names, and people are getting them confused. Can you assure she is not being contacted through the accidental agency she was first assigned to?
