Add ability for volunteer to SELF CHECK-IN/OUT for duration type HAPPENS ON

The volunteer SELF CHECK-IN/OUT option is currently restricted to two duration types - RECURRING and CUSTOM. This suggestion is to add SELF CHECK-IN/OUT to a third type - HAPPENS ON.
Use case: We are not able to use the KIOSK at our construction sites, which means we rely exclusively on volunteers checking themselves in/out from home. Most of our opportunities are defined as RECURRING, but there are occasions where HAPPENS ON is the right choice.
