Change Quick add hours to Use Name Instead of Email look up

Can we change the quick add for hours to look up via name instead of email? We use name to look up in all other add in places but not for quick add.

Hi! I second this request! -- When the email is required, it means I have to have a second window open so I can copy/paste. Name would be much easier.
