We were able to discuss this via email a couple of weeks ago! For awareness for other visitors to this posts, hours aren't automatically associated with a User Group, as volunteers may be members of multiple groups. Volunteers can associate their hours with the group when logging hours and a site manager can edit their hours after the fact to include the user group.

Is there a way to add hours to an Affiliation/User group? I find that sometimes I don't add an affiliation/User group until after someone has volunteered for the first time but then their hours are not logged under that affiliation/user group. Is there a way to do this or should the system automatically register this?
