Your site uses a language override for initiatives, that functionality is called "location". Check out this article to learn more about Initiatives. If you have more questions, just send over an email and we'll be happy to answer them.

When creating a new Opportunity, there is a pulldown field to select a location for the Opportunity. I cannot find where I add a new location that will display in the pulldown box. Where do I do this?
I've attached a screenshot that shows the field that I am referring to.
