Notification for a volunteer's work anniversary

Hello, 


We're exploring ways to appreciate our long term volunteers, and we'd like to know when a volunteers'  "work" anniversary is coming up a week or so before the date. Is it possible to set up a notification to alert Program Managers that a volunteer's "work" anniversary is coming up? 


Our program managers would like to be alerted in advance in order to prepare for a celebration or some other form of appreciation.

Thanks so much for adding your thought to the forum. To make sure I'm passing on the clearest enhancement request, I do have a clarifying question. Would the anniversary ideally be the day the volunteer first logged hours or the day the volunteer first signed up for the site?

We would want the workiversary to be the first day the served (logged hours).
