We need an option to lock volunteers into a shift 24hours before shift start or track deletions.

“The ability to prevent users from unregistering 24 hours prior to an opportunity start date and the ability to view, communicate with, and report on users that unregister for shifts.”

We have so many volunteers signing off of thier shifts over night that we cannot get the work we need done some days, or plan for subs.
There is no way to track these users besides just remerging who was singed up the night before, so there is also no way to track these no call/no shows and create a policy around it.
Please create a solution to this, either lock volunteers into thier shifts 24 hours before shift start or track who unregisters 24 hour prior to shifts start time.
This is greatly effecting our work.
