This article is for all Connect site administrators who are using the Advanced Events Module (AEM).
Agency Managers who are participating in an advanced event will receive up to six different types of automated notifications related to the event:
- AEM: Company Response Individual
- AEM: General Response Individual
- AEM: Event Reminder
- AEM: Unregistered Volunteer Confirmation
- AEM: Event Follow-up
- AEM: Team Creator Alert
- Users: Welcome to the Team

AEM: Company Response Individual
The "Company Response Individual" message goes to individuals who respond to a need accessed via a private company link (the "Employee Access Link"). It provides details on both the advanced event and the need they've responded to.
By default, this template includes the following tags, or template keys:

AEM: General Response Individual
The "General Response Individual" message goes to volunteers who respond individually to a need (not as part of a company). It provides details on both the advanced event and the need they've responded to.

Note: No notification is sent to an individual who is registered by a Company Manager, Agency Manager, or Site Manager.
AEM: Event Reminder
The "Event Reminder" notification (previously titled "AEM Reminder") is sent one week before an advanced-event need takes places. Its recipients are those volunteers who have signed up for the event.
Note: Volunteers who sign up less than a week prior to the event will not receive this notification. You can, however, trigger this notification for team leaders by going to the Teams area of an advanced event and clicking Notify Team Leaders.

AEM: Unregistered Volunteer Confirmation
This confirmation message, previously titled "AEM: Unregister User Notification" is sent to a volunteer when he or she unregisters from an advanced-event need.

Note: Also triggered by a volunteer's unregistration is the "Notification of Unregistered Volunteer" message, which goes to the applicable agency manager(s).
AEM: Event Follow-up
This thank-you message is triggered seven days after an advanced event need occurs. It goes to all volunteers who participated in the advanced-event need.

AEM: Team Creator Alert
The "AEM: Team Creator Alert" notification is triggered when a volunteer creates a team in response to an advanced-event need. The default message thanks the volunteer for signing up the team and provides a link, should the team leader need to make changes.

Users: Welcome to the Team
The "Users: Welcome to the Team" notification is triggered when a team leader adds someone to their team. The message goes to each team member who is added, informs them that they've been added to a tam, and gives information about the team leader and the need that was responded to.
