Thank you for posting your enhancement suggestion! I'll go ahead and record this on our end for our Development Team to review. The reason the site is set up this way is so Volunteers can respond to Opportunities that connect to them and their skill set.

Currently when we post opportunities, we have to select skills for our volunteers. But, at least for us, those don’t really matter for what we’re doing. Can you make that an optional field (rather than required) or give us a select all option?
