To reset your password on a Connect site:
- Click the Login button to display the login fields.
- Click the Forgot Password at the bottom of the Login form.
- In the Password Recovery field that is displayed, type your email address.
- Click Submit.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in that email, and you should be good to go!
If you don't receive the "Lost Password Reset" message after a few minutes, check your spam folder. Because the message is an automated notification, it may not have gone directly to your inbox.
