As an agency or program manager, you can see who is currently checked in your agency's current volunteer opportunities. To see your checked-in volunteers:

Log in to your Connect platform and click My Agency to access your agency management area. If you manage more than one agency, select the agency management area to access.

Click Checked In Now. A list of currently checked-in volunteers will be displayed.

If you want to see what tool (Kiosk, list, or self check-in) each volunteer used to check in, you can click on the Table Filter and select to display the Source column.

Note: If the volunteer does not check out, they will remain in the Checked In Now table until 11:59 PM of the day they checked in. The system attributes the default number of hours for the need or shift to a volunteer who does not check out after checking in.
