Help for You

Site Managers can tap into two sources of help:


1. The Galaxy Digital Help Center


Our Help Center is a full library of articles and videos that cover the questions you are likely to have, from basic setup on up to the most advanced uses of the platform. This Help Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Our Customer Care Team


The Galaxy Digital Customer Care team is available by email Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We are armed with resources and a keen knowledge of how United Ways work. We understand your goals and methods. With a customer-centered approach, we are eager to help you run your site effectively. 


We operate with an outbound support model, which means that there is no single phone number that you can call when you have a question. But we do love talking to our clients! If you would like to schedule a phone call, just let us know in an email. We'll ask for some details about what you'd like to discuss and, if we can't help you in writing, we'll schedule one of our Customer Care agents to call you at a time that is convenient for you. Our outbound model helps us to ensure that you speak with the person who is most qualified to meet your needs.

Help for Agencies

Agency Managers have access to two sources of help.


The best source of support for an Agency Manager is... you! We depend on site managers to give their Agency Managers any direct assistance they may be looking for. Agency Managers can contact you with this button at the bottom of their page on the site:

Also, Agency Managers have their own special section of our Help Center! Feel free to share this link with your Agency Managers, but they can access this area from the Help button in the top right corner as well.


Many thousands of agencies use our clients’ sites. Because of the number of those agencies, Galaxy Digital does not provide direct support to them. We focus all of our energy and attention on you - the Site Manager - which helps keep our products more affordable. 


After completing this course, you'll be more than ready to support your Agency Managers.

Help for Volunteers

When it comes to volunteers:

  • Agency managers can provide direct assistance to their volunteers

  • Site managers (you) are reachable via the Contact Us button you learned about in the previous tab.

  • We have a Help Center section just for volunteers too. You can share this link with your volunteers.
