Communication is key during uncertain and unusual circumstances. Take advantage of the Get Connected Email Blast tool to: 

  1. Let your volunteers know about all canceled needs, and/or 
  2. Link to your COVID-19 Response Initiative.

In order to efficiently email all users affected by COVID-19 cancellations, we recommend you ascribe a tag to these users. Then, you can email users with assigned tags using Email Blast. 

How to Send an Email Blast to Tagged Users

Navigate to your Manager Panel. Select Communication > Email Blast. From here, click User Filter to select tagged users. Your email will reach all users assigned the tag selected. 

Select the Submit button, then compose your email. Once your email is composed, select Send Me a Test or Send Email Blast.
