I work at Presbyterian College, and we would like for user hours to also be logged under their user group/groups hours. We use this to track how many service hours fraternities and sororities do. This would allow us to automatically see how many service hours a fraternity, sorority, or sports team does total. Each person could individually log their hours, and if they are in one of these groups, it will be automatically added to this groups total hours.

Currently, a volunteer's hours can be associated with a user group as long as their response is associated with the user group. To clarify, are you asking for an additional field on the hours submission form for selecting a user group? At this time, we can't have hours automatically associated with a user group because a volunteer may belong to more than one user group.
