Customizing Automatic Responses

We would like to be able to customize our responses and put in links to the needs our volunteers have signed up for. We would also like to add links to documents. We would like to have this enhancement done because we feel it would be beneficial to our volunteers, so they are able to check back in after they received the first thank you email and remind themselves what they signed up for.

Hi, Kaitlyn, thanks for the suggestion. We have already recorded a client suggestion to include the ability to link a need in the confirmation messages, so I'll add your name to that one.
