Spotlight links should open in new window

Hi there. Could Spotlights be adjusted so that their attached link opens in a new window? Otherwise, especially if the link is an outside website, the volunteer is pulled away from the volunteer site. This is not good for volunteer experience/engagement, especially ones who are new to the site.

Great news! With our newest enhancements release, we have updated Spotlights to automatically open in a new tab by default. We hope this helps improve user experience on client sites!
