Separate notification for waitlisted volunteer that site manager registers

I suggest there be a separate notification (different than "Need Response Thank You") that goes out when a volunteer gets moved from the waitlist to being registered for an opportunity by the site manager. If not, I feel like just receiving the general "thank you for responding to this need" is confusing unless the site manager directly follows up with them to let them know they registered them from the waitlist.
