Thank you for adding to the Forum! From my understanding, you would like a way to upload a new File to replace an existing one, and ideally that new File will have the same link as the old File. I will add your suggestion to our enhancements board for further discussion.

Hi all,
We recently updated some guidelines for volunteers. This info is in a PDF format and we make use of the file upload area, then link to the file from opportunities, etc.
With the update, I discovered we needed to upload a new file then update all of the links on our opportunities pages. I would like to see a way to replace the existing file with an updated version, or the ability to customize the file URL so that once a new file is uploaded it's ready to go and there's no need to update every opportunity page. Is something like this possible?
