Adding Notification for Approved Volunteer Hours

I would like to request that a notification be created when Volunteer Hours are approved. There is already a template notification for denied hours but we would like to mimic the same exact thing for approved hours.

Volunteer Hours Declined

This message is sent to a volunteer when their hours are denied by an agency manager.
