Thanks for adding your suggestion to our forums! I've added yours as follows:
"Have the "Allow Teams" option when creating a need either set to "Yes" as the default, or allow the Site Manager to choose the default answer in their settings."
I hope this encapsulates your idea!

It would be great if we could check a button in settings to default all needs to "allow teams". We always want to allow teams to sign up for every need. But training 23 agencies to remember to click this button is near impossible.... Allowing this to default would help tremendously.
