Accepted button for agency managers who accept volunteers in their organization from the site

To help measure how effective our recruitment and engagement strategies are, it would be so very helpful to give managers a button to indicate which volunteer they have accepted into their organization or program they are recruiting for.

The responses only tell us people responded but it doesn't tell us if a volunteer was successfully placed into a program or organization.

Thanks for sharing your idea in our forum! Currently, the software considers a volunteer as working with a program once the volunteer has responded to a programs' opportunity. Based on what you've laid out, I'd like to learn more about your process. In your organization, how does a volunteer get successfully added to a program? And, what factors go into that placement process?
