It seems like you're after a way for site admins to add additional links to their site’s footer. So that I can put together a more detailed product suggestion for you, can you tell me more about what type of links you’d like to be able to add to the footer? 

I would like to share that we have a feature, Spotlights, as a way to add additional links to your site’s sidebar. Does this feature not meet your current needs when adding links for your users?
