Like the new app design, but it currently does not show any Needs that are full so a volunteer can join the waitlist or allow for a volunteer to Respond as a Team. Several of our Needs allow friends/family to join, so not being able to add a team makes the app useless for several of our volunteers. The Waitlist is also frequently used, so for those to disappear when full also hurts functionality for several users.
