Thank you for your product suggestion! I agree that including the description would be beneficial for the volunteer’s resume and am going to share your suggestion with our Development Team for discussion. I just wanted to confirm that this is what you’re suggesting:
Have the opportunity or need description for all hours displayed on the volunteer resume.

It would be beneficial for the Volunteer Resume to have the Description rather than the User Groups. That way the Resume gives information about the activity that was done. This is high priority. What shows is not beneficial if the student is submitting their transcript to a college/scholarship.
