You are correct -- currently there's not a way to filter responses by Team Name or search for all users that have been part of a team overall/across all opportunities. I will add your thoughts to our notes as follows:
"The addition of a search field for the Team column in Volunteerism > Responses."

This does encompass my needs and I'd still like to see this!
Maybe it would even be possible to make a new report that would allow admins to search by team name.

Hi all,
I would like a way to easily identify all team members throughout the life of a team. We can easily see team members for a specific opportunity, but it would be helpful to know all the team members across all the opportunities and dates a team has participated.
Maybe there's an each way for this? If not, I suggest making the Team column on the Responses page searchable, so we could narrow down all the responses for a specific team
