Program "Fan" List - Download Option

Hi Ellen, thanks so much for bringing this up! I definitely see the appeal to an easier download button on the Volunteerism > Program > Select Program to Edit page.
To my understanding, what you’re looking for is a quicker way to get all program fans’ email addresses in a list so you can send them an email, correct? If that’s the case, you can actually utilize the same User Filter in the Communication > Email Blast page, and then you can skip the export process and jump right into drafting your email!
As a quick note, there are also a couple notifications called “Need Notification for Agency Fans” and “Event Notification for Agency Fans” which automatically are sent to fans of a program when it posts a new opportunity or event. As long as the volunteer has fanned a program, once that program creates a new opportunity or event, all fans are notified.
I hope these insights are helpful! In the meantime, I will still add “the ability to download a program’s fan list from their Edit Profile area” to my notes to review with the team.

It would be great to have an option to easily download the "fan" list directly on the program page.
To my understanding, currently the flow is to go to volunteerism --> users --> user filter --> submit --> export users --> export current user list --> then check your email inbox for the excel list of fans.
It would be convenient to directly download the program fan list from the program page since you can see the list of fans.
We use this fan list to email people who expressed interest in receiving more information about upcoming trainings, program updates, etc. so having an easy downloadable option would be efficient.
