Thank you for providing us with this request and why it would be helpful for your needs.
Currently, the only way to export the volunteer resume is on the user side, but I believe this would be an incredibly useful option for site managers to have at their disposal.

Hi all,
We would benefit greatly from being able to access volunteer resumes without having to assume the user. Site Managers (and probably Program Managers) should be able to go into a user's profile and download their resume without needing to assume that user. Maybe the hours tab for each user would be a useful place for this.
