It would be very helpful if when we are looking for volunteers that have been put on a waitlist, if we could filter by Program. Right now you have to filter by Opportunity. Each of our Programs can have like 50 Opportunities, meaning I have to filter one by one to find anyone on a Wait List. It would be way more efficient if I could filter by Program so I can see them all at one time.
Another helpful feature would be to have a Notification that went to Program Managers when someone signed up and is placed on the Waitlist, so they know they have an extra person. We often can move that volunteer to another Opportunity that has a need.
