Show agency managers their total approved hours without having to do a data export

We think it might be helpful to put a total at the bottom of stats -> hours, like the existing one at the bottom of the time tracking tab. It seems like our agencies would appreciate not having to do a data export just to see their total approved hours.

Hi Levi; thanks so much for bringing this up! This is a great point and I definitely see how it would be helpful to have all the hours summed at the bottom of the report.

I'll make a note of this to discuss with the team in a future enhancements meeting.
