Thank you for adding your suggestion. That's a great idea, and I will pass this along to our team for review at our next enhancements meeting. One reason this is currently designed in this way is because it is expected for each qualification to be individually reviewed by a manager. However, I can see how this could be useful for some use cases when reviewing qualifications!
