In the Crew Leader Portal and then the Responses tab, on a user when clicking the hourglass icon to add hours it has n/a as an option for the LMU drop down menu. One of you coworkers suggested I open a Product Suggestion Forum and/or turn on where hours have to be approved first. But we do not have the staff to support approving all the hours that come through to make sure they had not selected the n/a option.

My idea was that you offer an toggle switch to turn off the n/a option like you have for Anonymous users.
