Hello,
All of our volunteers complete a waiver qualification in order to volunteer. This is done online via Galaxy and saved to their profile. We also accept minors - parents sign off on the e-waivers for the minors. Once the minor turns 18, we would like them to have to resubmit a new waiver with their signature (since they then adults).
We would like Galaxy to create a feature that expires waivers based on birth date so that when a volunteer turns 18, they are prompted to submit a new waiver.
As of right now, the only way to do this requires a lot of site managerial work that I just don't have time to do.
