This article is for Site Managers and applies to most Galaxy Digital products.
Your site's standard automated notifications include four messages that relate to agency accounts:
- Agency Application Received
- New Agency Approval Message
- Agency Imported Message
- Agency Incomplete Notification

Agency Application Received
This confirmation message is triggered when someone completes the agency sign-up form on a site that requires Site Manager approval for new agencies. It thanks the new Agency Manager for signing up their agency and informs them that their application is being reviewed.
By default, this template includes the following tags, or template keys:

Note: The "Notice of Pending Items" message is sent to the site manager at the same time the "Agency Application Received" template is sent to the agency. This message is not triggered if the site has auto-approval of new agencies.
New Agency Approval Message
This message, which goes to the designated Agency Manager once a Site Manager has approved his or her agency's application to join the site, provides information for logging into the manager panel.
Note: This message is not triggered if the site has auto-approval of new agencies.

Agency Imported Message
This message is sent out when a Site Manager activates an imported agency. It goes to the Agency Manager of the imported agency and informs that they've been designated as the Agency Manager and tells them how to log into both the site and the Agency Management Area.

Agency Incomplete Notification
When viewing incomplete agencies, the Site Manager has the option of contacting those agencies whose basic profile information is incomplete. This "Agency Incomplete Notification" message goes to Agency Managers who have not completed their agency information and lists the items required for a "complete" profile.
