As I wrote this thread, I thought about another possibility to help make sure we're able to book Teams.
When an opportunity is pending, it's possible to add shifts and schedule individual volunteers. It's not possible to schedule Teams or respond for a Team.
I would like to see the ability for Managers to respond as a Team to pending opportunities. This would go a long way to helping us manage Teams and make for a better experience for everyone.
It would also be helpful to be able to schedule Teams from within the opportunity, like is possible for individuals. This functionality could be added to one of the locations below:

These are all great ideas to help streamline team registration and manager organization of volunteers! I'll make a note of this feature request in conjunction with the other one, in this case to potentially update the general "pending" status of an opportunity to allow team registration via a manager, in the same way they can add individual users to an opportunity.
